By attending our events, you grant Wachira Speaks the following rights:
- We reserve the right to photograph and record events, which may include your likeness, image and voice.
- We may use these photographs and recordings for promotional, marketing and other business purposes without further notice or compensation to you.
- These materials may be used on our website, social media channels and other communication mediums.
How captured media may be used
Captured media may be utilised in a variety of ways to promote and support the mission of the brand, including but not limited to marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and advertisements; social media posts; website content; and event recaps.
Withdrawing consent
If at any time you wish to revoke your consent for the use of your image or voice, please contact us at info@wachiraspeaks.com. We will make efforts to remove your likeness from future materials; however, we cannot retract materials already distributed.
Third-party media
This policy does not apply to media captured by third-party attendees or guests. The Wachira Speaks brand is not responsible for the actions of other event attendees.
